Have you ever met someone for the first time and felt like you’ve known them your entire life? I’ve certainly experienced that before.

It’s truly amazing what can happen when you get into an atmosphere of people that build you up rather than tear you down, where people encourage and challenge you to be the best you can be.

Today, I want to take a moment and encourage you to spend time with people who inspire you to reach for new heights. When you associate with successful people, their excitement for life is contagious and you’ll end up catching new visions for yourself and your life. If you put yourself in victorious atmospheres, you’ll develop a winning mindset. So lets set out to make a new plan for you. It’s time for you to soar with the eagles and stop pecking around with those stinky chickens.

Last I looked the eagles were high in the sky while the chickens were stuck on the ground. Choose to be an eagle and soar high in the sky. Live with faith and expectancy, and then let God do the rest. He’ll take you places you’ve always dreamed of.

Have you ever set a goal and then totally forgot about it weeks later? Or maybe written a goal down but never looked at it again? Well, I have too.

What I’ve learned is that if we continually keep in front of us, we will accomplish it. If you focus on a certain image of success in your mind, you’re going to move towards that success.

On the other hand, if you see yourself broke as a joke, not worth anything, having a failing marriage then most likely your life will move towards those negative situations.

Your thoughts will soon become reality. Your vision, what you see, has a huge impact on your life. We need to quit allowing our imaginations to keep us beaten down.

Instead, let’s start using our imaginations to build us up. Let’s keep the goals you want to accomplish in front of you.

That image will set the limits for your life and with the help of God we know… “All things are possible.”

Have you ever had a dream so big it scared you? So big that you never spoke about it out loud?

Well here’s the thing… if you live your dream and successfully share it, others will buy into it.

People have a desire to follow a leader with a great dream. It only takes one great idea and a passionate leader to make it happen.

Now more than ever, people are looking for heroes. Unfortunately, many of us are looking in places and will leave us disappointed. Places such as Sports, music, movies and television.

Wouldn’t you agree?

The real heroes are the leaders who help others achieve success and who take others along the journey with them.

It all begins with a dream… your dream.

What are you dreaming about achieving? What change would you like to see in the world?

As Winifred Newman said “Vision is the world’s most desperate need. There are no hopeless situations, only people who think hopelessly.”

Have you ever thought of yourself as a failure?

If so, great news.. you can break yourself out of those negative thinking patterns.

I want you to look at an area of your life you have repeatedly failed and DO THESE 4 THINGS.

# 1 – Examine your expectations for that area.

Write them down.

Are they realistic? Do you expect to do them perfectly? do you expect to succeed on the first try?

How many mistake should you expect to make before you succeed? Adjust your expectations.

#2 – Find new ways to do your work.

Brainstorm at least 10 new ways you can attack it and then try half of them.

#3 – Focus on your strengths.

How can you use your best skills and personal strengths to maximize your effort?

#4 – Pledge to bounce back.

No matter how many times you fall down, pick yourself up and keep going.

Don’t wait until you feel positive to move forward. Act your way into feeling good.

That’s the only way to start thinking more positively about yourself. Remember that even if you do fail, you are never a failure.
